We combine expert instructors, multimedia presentations and state-of-the-art practise materials to create a pleasurable and memorable training experience that equips participants to act fast and effectively to preserve life in crisis situations.

Lifeshot Courses are certified by the American Heart Association (AHA), the American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) and American Red Cross (ARC). Customized courses are available to meet individual client needs, and many courses may be taken in combination at reduced rates. On-site instruction is available for most courses.
